Representative Olson moved and asked unanimous consent to remove                                                                
his name as prime sponsor and add the House Labor & Commerce                                                                    
Committee as prime sponsor to the following:                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
     HOUSE BILL NO. 78                                                                                                          
     "An Act extending the termination date of the Board of Public                                                              
     Accountancy; and providing for an effective date."                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
There being no objection, it was so ordered.
